One-On-One Session
Frequently Asked Questions

Is this the right session for me?

These sessions are designed for moments when a communications decision carries weight. You may be preparing for an interview, evaluating whether something is ready for public attention, or working through how to describe your work more clearly. If you have a specific question, decision, or opportunity that would benefit from focused, strategic input, this is a good fit.

What's the difference between the sessions?

Each session is built around a specific need. Story Signal focuses on evaluating whether something is ready for visibility. Reality Check reviews how your communications are landing and where they can be strengthened. Spotlight Moment prepares you for interviews, speaking engagements, and other high-visibility situations.

If you are unsure which session is the best fit, include a brief description of your situation when you inquire and we will guide you.

What can we accomplish in one session?

Each session is structured to deliver clarity and direction. You will leave with a clear understanding of the issue, specific recommendations, and practical next steps you can act on immediately. The focus is on making a decision or moving something forward, not exploring ideas without resolution.

How should I prepare?

Come with a clear sense of the question or situation you want to address. If there are relevant materials such as messaging, a website, or draft remarks, you may share them in advance. Keeping the focus tight allows us to use the time effectively.

What's included and not included?

The session includes focused strategy, messaging guidance, and clear next steps. You will receive a brief written summary following the session.

These sessions do not include ongoing support, implementation work, or extended deliverables beyond what is covered during the scheduled time.

Can multiple people attend the same session?

All sessions are conducted one-on-one to ensure focus and quality. When multiple team members are preparing for the same opportunity, sessions are scheduled individually so each person receives direct, role-specific guidance.

How do booking and payment work?

Sessions are booked in advance and require payment to confirm. Once your request is received, you will be provided with available times and a secure payment link. Your session is confirmed once payment is completed.

Do you offer preferred rates?

A limited number of sessions are reserved at a preferred rate for members of select Chambers, associations, and partner organizations. If that applies to you, please note it in your inquiry.

What's your cancellation policy?

Sessions are reserved specifically for you and require advance preparation. To ensure availability and maintain the quality of each engagement, all bookings are final.

You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice using the link provided in your confirmation email. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be accommodated.

Cancellations are not eligible for refunds. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your session to a colleague with advance notice.

If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the scheduled time. If you do not attend your scheduled session, it will be considered complete.

In the rare event that we need to reschedule, you will be offered the next available time or a full refund.
