Booking & Payment
All sessions must be scheduled in advance and require full payment to confirm. A session is not considered booked until payment has been received. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Scope of Services
Sessions are advisory in nature and provide strategic guidance based on available information, including information provided by the client. DeSoto & State does not guarantee outcomes or results. Clients are solely responsible for the interpretation, implementation, and use of any guidance provided.
Session Format & Participation
Sessions are conducted one-on-one. Additional participants require separate sessions unless otherwise agreed. DeSoto & State reserves the right to define the structure and scope of each session.
Recording
Sessions may be recorded. By participating, you consent to recording. Recordings are provided for internal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Sessions are reserved specifically for you. All bookings are final. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or failure to attend are treated as completed sessions. If we must reschedule, you will be offered a new time or a refund.
No Ongoing Engagement
Sessions do not create an ongoing relationship. Additional work requires a separate agreement.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their materials. DeSoto & State retains ownership of all proprietary methods, frameworks, language, and materials. Use is limited to internal purposes and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercialized without prior written consent.
