How do booking and payment work?
Sessions are booked online and require full payment at the time of booking. Your session is confirmed upon payment.
Do you offer preferred rates?
A limited number of sessions are reserved at a preferred rate for members of select Chambers, associations, and partner organizations. If that applies to you, please note it in your inquiry.
What's your cancellation policy?
Sessions are reserved specifically for you. All bookings are final.
You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice using the link in your confirmation email. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be accommodated.
Cancellations are not eligible for refunds. If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your session to a colleague with advance notice.
Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. If you do not attend, the session is considered complete.
If we need to reschedule, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
